Northern girl living the Southern dream

Life's a beach

I've spoken fondly of Anglesey in another post I've done. I spent a great portion of my childhood enjoying the undiscovered beaches, quaint villages and rural lands. So with some time at home and a free Sunday, Tom and I decided there was no better place to spend a sunny day.

With a homemade picnic (complete with wine and champagne, of course) we headed out to Red Wharf Bay, one of my favourite spots on the island.

We were lucky enough to have a beautiful summer day which made for perfect driving weather by the blue sea.

Anglesey is famous for its untouched sands and gorgeous waters, and we couldn't resist enjoying the sea breeze and choppy waters for a spot of kiting and swimming!
 Tom toasting the beautiful weather!

I wore bikini, River Island and Sarong, H&M.

After a quick change we headed to The Ship, a pub just on the corner of the harbour for further glasses of wine and to catch the sun set.

I hope you're view is as good as mine this evening!
